Games With You So You Will Not Be Hired
Have you notice lately how companies don't care if
you get a job with them?It is true.It used to be you show
your work history,qualifications, and references,with your
resume.Sorry folks those days are gone.The companies,
use these websites,that file your application online,to
trip you up.Even,when you seen we are hiring for this job,
but they say sorry we don't have a job in this area. These
companies managers,are afraid of change. Everyone must
work tightly together,or you will not get the job.It sounds
very hypocritical.My feelings,if they need a person,let the
company suffer a little,instead of applying right away.Those
prejudice managers of companies,need to sguirm,a little,
until they beg someone who is qualified gets the job.This
comfort zone,employees,is nothing more the hidden illegal
prejudice.No one has the right, to not employ you,if you have
the right qualifications.Those managers are acting more like
kindergarten children,then mature adults.It is time all those
managers,quit playing mind games,and give us the job.Be very
careful when they ask these mind game questions.Why? they
want to trip you up.They could care less about your feelings.
Hobby Lobby has prayer,before every staff meeting.I ask a
reliable source, how they knew this?They said when you get
hired it is in their book.I was told if you can not prove this,then
they can do what they want.This is how all businesses are run.
How many tried to fill out a application online,both the store,or
your computer,and it times out,before you have finished your
application?I was told by a reliable manager,one the reasons,
is they are filtering you out from getting that job,that you are
quilified.The problem is managers,are being selfish,and stop-
ping,you from getting the job.You want them to try to get to
know you,and trying to sell yourself,and they are showing the
door.Hey To All You You High Mighty Managers,Who Told
You Were God?Do you know about how,I save your company
from theft,when I had found a boy with bag,after at another job,
I just went through the lost prevention certification,and when
they the managers open it up,they found your merchandise in
there.Are passing these stupid mind games,so much better,then
giving a person a job,with the right set of qualifications.Are you
managers,so much like little children,that you can not widen out
with different types of personalities.We the people,have enough,
of your mind games! Maybe,you managers are not fully doing
your job,if every type employee has to fit right in with the company.
People are getting fed up,giving us this prejudice treatment.I
wonder how many of you managers are really as honest as you
say you are.I had witness a manager lying about a product he
returned.The refunds area ask if he open the box.He said no,and
got his money back.Here is the truth,that manager not only used
the item,but had taped the box up to get his money back. I
honestly think,they want to keep their comfort zone,so if a manager
steals,or does some unlawful act,he will not get caught.After all, if
they get employees hired into their company,these new employees
might witness a theft, or other unlawful act.Then that manger will
be in trouble, as well as all the others,who had kept quiet,then they
all might wind up in prison. Remember managers, there more us who
are employees,then managers,if we find you doing something that is
illegal,we will report you,and then,you can be with the rest the dead
beats in prison.You played enough mind games,that things are going
to change for the better.Maybe we should play mind games with you
evil managers.We know who you are,and we will get the last laugh,
when you are replaced.
